FixnSew offers a professional service/repairs to ensure your machine is running as best as it possibly can.
We don't do industrial servicing and industrial specialists shouldn't do domestic servicing as the two are not the same thing. At FixnSew we have access to service manuals and a lot of the adjustments in Janomes, Brother and Pfaff/Husqvarnas are computerized settings which are adjusted in the service menus. Some servicing competitors are only oiling the machines but there are so many more settings to calibrate including stitch balance. Brother has side motion adjustment and one point and forward/reverse balance. Janome also have internal settings and checks which need to be checked as part of a service. Pfaff and Husqvarna manuals have around 20 checks that should be looked at.
If you consider looking elsewhere then ask if they hace access to parts and service manuals as well as support from the companies that sell these machines.
