Pricing for a standard service is dependent on the type of machine. There is different pricing for sewing machines and embroidery machines as there is a lot of work involved in adjusting, calibrating and testing embroidery machines. Premium machines e.g. Epic 95Q, Performance Icon ( non embroidery ) are priced at the embroidery machine rate also due to their complexity. Note: Pfaff/Husqvarna have different service prices due to the complexity of these machines.
The service does not include the cost of parts which are additional and where possible we will try to keep costs down by including labor costs for replacing parts in the servicing price. If the repairs are going to be labour intensive then we would also quote you the cost for any additional work ( and parts ) before proceeding.
All Servicing comes with a technician service report in PDF format.
